Detailed Disclosure

1. Information Collection & Source

Direct Interaction: We collect data you provide when using the Soil Profile Builder or Turf Match Selector. This includes environmental variables specific to your location. Label: Automated Collection: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track how you navigate the site. In compliance with Google Consent Mode v2, this data is only fully processed if you provide explicit consent via our privacy banner.

2. Third-Party Partners

Data Processors: We do not “sell” your data. We share specific fragments with trusted partners to maintain site operations:

• Google: For anonymized traffic analysis and site performance.
• Brevo: For managing our email registry and newsletter delivery.
• Cloudflare: For security and Turnstile bot protection.

3. Your Rights & Sovereignty

Regardless of your location, we honor the following rights for all MFY users:

• The Right to Know: You can request a report of what data we have on your Soil Profile.
• The Right to Delete: You can ask us to “Clear the Field” and remove your email or tool history from our servers.
• The Right to Opt-Out: You can adjust your Privacy Settings at any time to disable non-essential tracking.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use “Strictly Necessary” cookies to remember your tool inputs as you navigate between the Hardiness Zone Finder and the Cultivar Comparison pages. These cannot be turned off as they are vital to the site’s function. Analytical cookies are optional and require your “Acceptance” to activate.

5. Data Security

We implement Institutional-Grade security measures to protect your information. Your data is stored on secure servers and encrypted during transit. As a Sovereign researcher, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you create.
